HOLMES & BOND

Although this husband and wife duo come from different musical backgrounds, their sound has united, and a distinctive unique style has formed. Based around strong vocal harmonies, Holmes & Bond’s sound is unchartered territory and doesn’t fit exclusively into anyone genre, but touches upon Indie-Folk and Americana.

In the last few years there has been a roots revival that has primed listeners for a new generation of rustic, organic music which Grace and Aaron deliver sincerely. Telling stories through their music authentically, deliberately and with honesty. Live acoustic performances include Aaron’s finger style guitar, and Grace’s fiddle and mandolin breaks, blended with their rich strong harmonies on a rollercoaster of emotion the duo have a timeless sound.      

 

After reaching number three in the UK Independent Music Charts and receiving airplay throughout Europe and America, Holmes & Bond were joined by Elliot Richardson from Missing Andy on percussion to complete their EP Kisses Are Sweeter, which was released on the 5th November 2014 and is available to download on iTunes. Holmes & Bond will be releasing their debut album in 2016.
